“Thank you for purchasing your Riverview Portable Building!

What to expect:
Our dispatch will be calling you within the time frame your dealer gave you. If you have not heard from our dispatch department by the end of the time frame you were given, please call 1-812-322-0938. We will provide you with a status update. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR DEALER DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO BUILDING STATUS NOR DELIVERY INFORMATION.

After being contacted by our dispatch department, a delivery time will be determined with you.

At the time of delivery, please have all obstacles cleared from the path that the portable structure will follow to its final placement.

We will level your building up to 8 inches. If your building requires more than 8 inches, please have ample blocking material available for your delivery person.

Before we leave, we will make certain that you are happy with the building’s placement and condition. Your delivery person will have a delivery certificate for you to sign. Any outstanding funds owed will need to be paid at that time.

Additional delivery attempts will result in extra charges.

 

Free delivery within 40 miles of lot where building is purchased. Weather and ground conditions permitting.

 

Additional trips will be subject to $3.95 per mile extra charge. ($6.95 per mile on 14’ wide and 16’ wide buildings.) Ask dealer for details.
